A little about me - experiences which designed the course of my life.
I graduated from the boarding school of “Boyar” in Jerusalem. As a shy girl in a boarding school, I was brought up to recognize the capabilities and potential inherent in me. I gained my independence and self-confidence. That is where I developed my first social skills, by learning to live with friends and share my life with them.
I served in a military intelligence division, where I managed press and media censorship.
I utilized my time during these years to help my brother with his growing business. He managed a successful life insurance company.
Unfortunately, not long afterwards, my brother was killed in a severe car accident.
In an objective perspective, I continued to manage my brother’s insurance agency with great success, for a number of years. And thus I got the opportunity to learn a great deal about taking responsibility, by managing a business at such a young age. I had to serve a large amount of clients by providing them with insurance services. I personally dealt with complex insurance matters such as burglaries, diseases, loss of working abilities and accidents. My job was to deal with customer’s needs in these difficult moments of their lives. My day to day struggle was having a change of perception – instead of a narrow look at the customer’s loss I trained myself to appreciate life more. I told my customers about my own life experiences trying to make them appreciate life knowing it can change at any given moment, without any warning.
Dealing with the death of my brother taught me to leverage my loss and pain into positive directions. I have supported friends and relatives by showing them the way to walk on, along a positive light, in order for them to move on with their lives. I learned to cope with my devastated parents by helping them to get back on track. All so they can look in the eyes of the pain and stand strong.
I got married shortly after my brother’s death. We brought three wonderful children to this wonderful world. Few years after, we relocated to the Netherlands. We managed some of my family’s hotel and restaurant businesses in Amsterdam. I learnt a lot by handling this move to a new country, foreign language and unfamiliar culture, where I lived for 18 years. As a mother of three young children in an unknown environment, I experienced the change and dealt with it in the best way possible.
I learnt the power of motivation - How to make it from scratch in a foreign language while advancing to a management level of several businesses. I learned that if there’s a will there’s a way to accomplish goals and gain excellent achievements, practically everywhere.
With time, we were longing for Israel. After a long stay in the Netherland, we decided to return home.
At that point I began to develop and maintain a variety of workshops and one-on-one treatment.
In 2008, while on his way to the London (Heathrow) airport, my son survived a plane crash. I helped him with his long rehabilitation process, which eventually brought him back to his normal routine. That is how I learned to treat victims of traumatic incidences. These studies included methods of fear repression and self-confidence empowerment. One of the methods that concluded the rehabilitation process is repeated confrontation. My son received an airplane flight course which helped him to finally overcome and beat the fear.
Despite it all, fate wanted to put me through another test.
In 2010 I went to the sea. In proximity to the coast, where the water could reach my shoulders, a wave crashed and swept me into the depths of the ocean. I then struggled with great difficulty to reach the surface.
That is how I became aware of the terrifying power of nature. Following this accident, which led to thalassophobia (sea anxiety and fears), I decided to treat myself – to directly deal with the problem. At the time I was living by the coastline, so I decided to go back and deal with the fear. I took a swim in the sea in order to prevent myself from surrendering to this phobia.
The essence of life and dealing with the unexpected situations of daily life, which occurred to me and to others, taught me to build my personality positively.
Currently I am pursuing the completing of the book "The Will to Move On". This book allows the reader to learn from others’ life experiences. This book reveals the story of various people. It lays out the path they chose to overcome difficulties and how they draw upon the strength to cope with these problems.
The book sheds light on the way by which they choose to move on with their lives. Many examples are presented of such common difficulties, such as trauma, diseases, loss and disasters. I've been having long and exciting conversations with many people while writing the book. Some of which are close to me, others are old acquaintances.
Songs I've written have been published on the first disc in the series named "loving the moment". Besides being pleasant to listen to, the songs’ lyrics also talk about common topics such as: blessing, peace, family hood, and more. The songs contain clear messages and ways of coping with life. By listening to these songs, one can benefit through self-awareness and pleasure.

coming soon: “Wannabe” - which is the second album in the series.
